ID scan requirements:
Please Before proceeding to Registration Form read this carefully before uploading Your Passport and picture Scan Copy, to ensure the scan of your passport and picture are acceptable by the Hajj NUSUK System please, strictly follow these guidelines:
Passport Upload: Upload Passport Scan Copy in (JPEG) format:
- Ensure use of flatbed scanner, refrain from camera/cellphone use.
- Proper and clear scan of biometric/information page in the passport.
- (a). ONLY biometric page must be scanned (page 2, in Canadian passport).
- (b). Signature page should NOT be included (page 3, in Canadian Passport).
- The page must capture all 4 corners of the information page.
- No glossy spots or blurry on the page.
- The page must be straight, ensure proper alignment.

Picture Upload requirements:
Scan the properly taken picture (No more than a 6-month-old) on a plain white background, to ensure the scanned picture is acceptable, please, strictly follow the picture specifications link below:
