New Umrah Policy
LabaykHajj is strongly advise its client to obtain tourist visa, (Tourist visa-it’s a multiples entry visa, that allows its holder to perform Umrah, visit Madinah & visit relatives as well as tourist activates).
Labaykhajj can secure for its client’s, a Saudi tourist visa stress free, as the application must be completed in specific system and error free.
The following policy is subject to modification by Saudi authorities anytime, therefor please be ready to accept any modification, keeping in your mind that your reward is registered by Allah.
- For Canadian passport holders: we recommend to apply for a tourist visa. Tourist visa holders are allowed to enter both Harams for Umrah or Salah.
- For Non-Canadian passport holders: applicant holding a passport from another country, even if they are not Canadian resident, Labaykhajj can arrange Umrah E-Visa with 90 days validity.
- Female applicant (age 18 and older), do not require a Mahram when they apply for a Tourist visa.
- Tourist visa only for applicants aged 18 years old and older, if applicant age less than 18 years old, then Mahram/Guardian required.
- For non-Canadian passport holder with permanent residency card: wishing to apply for Saudi Tourist(one year multiples entry) through the embassy, we strongly advise the following:
- (a). Apply & obtain one of the following entry visas for USA, UK or European Schengen visa, prior to apply for Saudi Tourist visa.
- (b). Submit a letter of employment(or your sponsor) additional to bank statements.
Umrah Requirements
- 1. Our company provides: Umrah visa service, guided Umrah Packages in winter Breaks (December Umrah) and March Umrah breaks (according to Ontario school calendar) and also, we provide customized Umrah packages for groups such as School Umrah trips or Masjed Umrah trips. In order to assist you, please read this page carefully.
- 2. This Umrah visa is intended to allow applicants to travel for pilgrimage in Makkah and to visit Islamic holy sites in the Al-Hejaz area. Additionally, with this type of visa, applicants are now permitted to visit any city in Saudi Arabia for any of family, touristic or business purposes, within the validity of the Umrah visa. No extensions are granted.
- 3. The Umrah visa entry is valid up to 90 days from the date of issue.
- 4. The validity of stay or the period of stay starts from the traveler’s entry date to KSA and can be a maximum of 30 days only. If you obtain your Umrah visa in Shawal and enter Saudi Arabia in Shawal you must exit before the 30th of Shawal. (Exceeding the Umrah validity of stay is an immigration violation and will result in serious legal action.
- 5. Applicants must be a Canadian citizen or holding a Canadian permanent residence card. (If applicant holds multiple nationalities, he/she must apply with Canadian passport).
- 6. Mahram must be at least 18 years of age.
- An original applicant’s passport in good condition (no damages). It must also be valid for at least six months from the application date and include the place of birth and two side by side blank pages.
Registration Process
Reservation is open for Umrah. In Order to register and secure your spot, we require the following items to be mailed to: info@labaykhajj.ca
- 1. Clear scan of applicant passport.
- 2. Clear scan of applicant photo (with a white background)
- 3. Select your preferable departure airport Montreal or Toronto.
- 4. Payment Steps:
- a. Initial payment of $1500.00 CAD per /applicant. By 30 March, 2026.
- b. Second payment can be made 60 days before departure.
- c. The cancellation request must be received 60 days before the departure date of your Umrah and is subject to the airline's refund policy.
