What documents do I need to provide to obtain a visa for Umrah?
- The applicant must hold a passport that is still valid for at least 6 (six) months after the return date.
- Each applicant must provide two recent color ID photos on a white background.
- Applicants who are not nationals of the country from which they are applying will be required to provide proof of legal residence. The Passport Services of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia reserves the right to turn away (at its own expense) any pilgrim who has provided false or inaccurate information regarding his or her place of residence.

Reservation is open for Umrah. In Order to register and secure your spot, we require the following items to be mailed to: info@labaykhajj.ca
- 1. Clear scan of applicant passport.
- 2. Clear scan of applicant photo (with a white background)
- 3. Select your preferable departure airport Montreal or Toronto.
- 4. Payment Steps:
- a. Initial payment of $1500.00 CAD per /applicant. By 30 March, 2026.
- b. Second payment can be made 60 days before departure.
- c. The cancellation request must be received 60 days before the departure date of your Umrah and is subject to the airline's refund policy.

Entry to Saudi Arabian Prerequisite:
- All visitors arriving in the country with a valid tourism/Umrah visa must be ready and aware for heath requirements before traveling as this policy may change from time to time.
- Saudi Arabia Muqeem Arrival Registration: is an online travel registration that’s obligatory to fill by all incoming foreign travellers and Saudi Arabian residents, within 72 hours of the arrival in KSA.
- Travellers visiting Saudi with children must register them as dependent companions in the Muqeem Arrival Registration.
- Every pilgrim/passenger whether an adult or if under the age of eighteen [18] a parent or guardian, must review and accepts The Labaykhajj’s TOUR SURROUNDINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS, that include Pilgrimage and tour Guidelines, the Labaykhajj Tours Terms & Conditions, and the Labaykhajj Waiver & Release Agreement agreeing to the tour rules.
- All above its traveler responsibility to obtain them. Labaykhajj – assumes no liability whatsoever if traveler fail to follow these prerequisites.
