Our licensed partnership with the Saudi company will guarantee you a secure Hajj, with the support of a logistic team and top-tier Canadian Imams which will make your guided Hajj safe, comfortable, and free of confusion while in the performance of your rituals.

B. Registration Process
- 1. Fill out the Hajj 2023 registration form.
- 2. Attach a clear passport scan.
- 3. Pay your initial deposit of 2000 CAD/applicant (payment methods detailed below*)
- 4. Provide a proof of your initial payment
- 5. Our team works on a first come, first serve basis for Hajj 2023.

C. Process after the approval of your Hajj 2023 spot by Ministry of Hajj:
- 1. Make the full payment once or installments, as per Ministry of Hajj policy and timeline.
- 2. Labayk Hajj will issue payment to the various relevant hajj suppliers designated by the Ministry of Hajj, on behalf of its applicants. This will be done in accordance with the Ministry’s policy.
- 3. Our teams will handle the logistic and religious preparations with our Saudi partner to facilitate Hajj 2023 from A-Z for our groups.

- Applicants must be a Canadian citizen or holding a Canadian permanent residence card. (If applicant holds multiple nationalities, he/she must apply with Canadian passport).
- Mahram is required for any applicant male or female less than 18 years old, and must be a male relative at least 18 years of age, applying his visa application at same time with applicant and entering Saudi Arabia at same flight. Your Mahram can be only one of the following: {Father, Brother, Uncle (Father’s Brother or Mother’s Brother), Grandfather, Nephew (son of your brother or your sister), Stepfather, Stepson, Son-in-law and Father-in-law).
- An original applicant’s machine-readable passport in good condition (no damages). With following terms:
- ✔ The passport must include first/given names and last/Surname.
- ✔ Include the city and country of birth.
- ✔ It must also be valid for more than six months from the application date.(to be safe make sure your passport is valid more than 8 moths when you return back to Canada).
- ✔ Contains at least two side by side blank pages for the hajj visa stamp plus additional four blank pages for other stamps.
- ✔ Non Canadian passport is acceptable for Hajj application if the applicant has a valid Canadian Permanent Residency Card.
- Applicants who have reverted/converted to Islam please have a statement from any Islamic Center showing their conversion to Islam while you travel.
- Be ready to show your proof of relationship to the Mahram while you are traveling just in case.
