Create an Account to Start Your Hajj Registration Journey

• You need to fill in your:
  • Full name (as in passport)
  • Nationality
  • Passport number
  • Date of birth
  • Email and mobile number

2. Prepare the Required Documents

You’ll need to upload:

• A valid passport (valid for at least 6 months after your return — through late 2026)
• A recent passport-sized photo (white background, square format like 200×200 px)
• Proof of residency in Canada (e.g., driver’s license, utility bill)

Documentation

Use your Canadian passport for registration, as Nusuk is designed for Western passport holders and applicants with residence in Western countries, who can be permanent residents or have work visas, and applicants who own a house or apartment. However, their verification may take longer time. For passport photo its must be 800x400px max with 2GB.

Before proceeding to the Registration Form, read this carefully before uploading Your Passport and picture Scan Copy. To ensure the scan of your passport and picture is acceptable by the Hajj NUSUK System, please strictly follow these guidelines:

1. Passport Upload: Upload a Passport Scan Copy of the biometrics page of the passport. Acceptable format: PNG or JPG. Dimensions: maximum of 800×400 pixels, file size: up to 1 MB.

Ensure use of a flatbed scanner, refrain from camera/cellphone use

Proper and clear scan of the biometric/information page in the passport

ONLY the biometric page must be scanned

Signature page should NOT be included

The page must capture all 4 corners of the information page

No glossy spots or blurry on the page

The page must be straight, ensure proper alignment

Passport and ID scan requirements

1. Picture Upload: Scan the properly & professionally taken picture (No more than a 12-month-old) on a plain white background, to ensure the scanned picture is acceptable, please, strictly follow the picture specifications link below: Acceptable format PNG or JPG Dimensions: maximum of 200×200 pixels, file size: up to 18 kb.

1. Proof of residence if your nationality different from the country  you are applying from: You must upload your Residence Permit, if you do not have one then you may upload employment contract, driver’s license, lease agreement, property ownership document, work visa, or a contract bank statement. Acceptable format PNG or JPG Dimensions: maximum of 800×400 pixels, file size: up to 1 MB.

3. Wait for Account Verification

• After submitting your documents, your account status will change to “Waiting for Audit.”
• This verification process may take several days to a few weeks. Be patient!

4. Add Family Members or Group

• Once your account is verified, you can add up to 7 companions to your group.
• They must also create accounts and be verified.
• You’ll send them a code to link them to your group on the app.

5. Choose Your Hajj Package

• Hajj 2026 packages estimated to be released about December 21, 2026.
• Packages include options like Luxury, Premium, and Standard.
• Browse packages within the Nusuk platform and add your preferred one to your cart.

6. Your E-Wallet & Payment

• When your account is created, fund your Nusuk e-wallet using your bank card to top up your e-wallet.
• Once your e-wallet is funded and the sale announced, complete your booking quickly – packages sell out fast!

7. Visa Issuance

• After successful booking and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation QR code.
• The Hajj visa will be issued digitally, usually 4–6 weeks before travel.
• You’ll be notified via email, or you may check it on the MOFA VISA PLATFORM 

8. Group Travel & Spiritual Guidance

• While Nusuk handles the logistics (accommodation, transport, etc.), Labaykhajj offers:
  • Pre-Registration consultation & sessions 
  • Pre-Hajj training seminars
  • Local shuyukh/guides
  • Travel coordination
  • On-site support during rituals
