The saudi Service Provider role and responsibility includes:
- Creation of Hajj Packages: They are responsible for designing and building comprehensive Hajj 2026 packages specifically for Canadian pilgrims, offering a range of services to suit different needs.
- Listing on the Nusuk Platform: They will place the finalized Hajj 2026 packages on the official Nusuk platform, ensuring that Canadian pilgrims can easily access and book these packages.
- Logistical Services: The provider will handle all logistics in Saudi Arabia, including hotel reservations, air tickets, airport meet-and-greet services, departure arrangements, accommodation in Mina and Arafah tents, food provisions, and all land transportation.

- Assisting Canadian Hajj applicants in registering on the Nusuk platform, making the process seamless and accessible for those unfamiliar with the system.
- Guiding applicants through the Hajj package selection and payment process via the Nusuk platform, offering step-by-step assistance.
- Providing religious and travel preparation, ensuring pilgrims are well-prepared both spiritually and logistically before their journey and during Hajj.
- Appointing Canadian Imams and religious leaders who will accompany the pilgrims, offering spiritual guidance and support throughout the pilgrimage.
- Collaborating with Ithraa Alkhair to facilitate smooth communication and group management for Canadian pilgrims.
- Liability of the Hajj Services: Labaykhajj and its group leaders or Imams hold no liability for Hajj services provided during the pilgrimage. This responsibility falls solely on the Ministry of Hajj and the Saudi Hajj service provider, such as Ithraa Alkhair. Under the new B2C system, foreign companies are no longer involved in the logistical organization or payment handling for Hajj. The Saudi provider is fully accountable for all services, including transportation, accommodation, and other logistical aspects during the pilgrimage, ensuring everything is in line with Ministry guidelines.
Our Hajj 2026 service is offered exclusively for:
- Canadian Regular passport holders.
- Other national’s passport holders with Canadian Permanent Resident Card.
- The Ministry of Hajj has set the minimum age for applying to Hajj at 12 years.
- Our service is on a first come, first served basis for the “First Class Registration“.

Kindly be advised that there is anticipated heightened demand for Hajj this year, and the Ministry of Hajj has set the quota for Canada at 1300 pilgrims. It is imperative to note that our service allocation will adhere to a first-come, firstserved basis for “First Class Registration”, as outlined on our website www.labaykhajj.ca. We recommended early registration to have a better idea and equipment for hunting a hajj spot in this limited quota.
With constant modification on hajj procedures and in collaboration with our Nusuk expert team, we agreed to implement the following policy regarding Nusuk registration:
- Applicants who have selected “First Class” registration on Labaykhajj’s registration form and have successfully
paid the initial deposit by January 20, 2026 will benefit from comprehensive management by our dedicated team
on behalf of the applicant. This service encompasses Nusuk registration, package bookings, payment handling,
Hajj Visa applications, and the procurement of flight tickets. Note: this service will be offer it to limited numbers,
base on first come, first served.
Note: the applicant will have full access to his/her Nusuk account. - Prospective applicants who have selected regular registration or “First Class” registration but have NOT made the required payment before the due date, are encouraged to follow the outlined steps. This approach will enhance their chances of hunting a Hajj package upcoming Hajj:
- Create a Nusuk account promptly ( whenever is possible for Hajj 2026.

Hajj 2026 Registration Process: (First Come First Service)

- 1. Select your preferred Hajj Package among our packages. Package may start from City of Makkah first or City of Madinah, then you switch after Hajj, also we offer two choices for Mina Camp, applicant can select VIP Camp or Regular camp.

- Before proceeding to Registration Form read this carefully before uploading Your Passport and picture Scan Copy, to ensure the scan of your passport and picture are acceptable by the Hajj NUSUK System please, strictly follow these guidelines:
- Passport Upload: Upload Passport Scan Copy in (JPEG) format:
- Ensure use of flatbed scanner, refrain from camera/cellphone use
- Proper and clear scan of biometric/information page in the passport
- (a). ONLY biometric page must be scanned (page 2, in Canadian passport)
- (b). Signature page should NOT be included (page 3, in Canadian Passport)
- The page must capture all 4 corners of the information page
- No glossy spots or blurry on the page
- The page must be straight, ensure proper alignment
- Picture Upload: Scan the properly taken picture (No more than a 6-month-old) on a plain white background, to ensure the scanned picture is acceptable, please, strictly follow the picture specifications link below:

- (a). For a secure registration, Initial payment of $5000.00 CAD per /applicant.
- (b). The full payment must be completed when the package is booked and confirmed by Nusuk.
- (Our team will be informing you about the payment dates for Hajj 2025, whenever indicated by the Ministry of Hajj)

- INSURANCE Travel insurance it’s a chose for every pilgrim/traveler, its recommended STRONGLY by IATA and its available for purchase, you must understand it is the pilgrim and/or parent/guardians’ responsibility to purchase and review the terms and conditions of the travel insurance policy purchased. You should understand that the travel insurance provider is the sole determiner for coverage and is an independent company which ‘Labaykhajj does not control or manage.
