- Estimated fees, dates, hotel accommodations, and itinerary are subject to change due to airline scheduling, hotel availability, traffic conditions, and the Hijri Calendar, as well as updates from the Ministry of Hajj. - The Saudi company will serve as the primary service provider for all Hajj services, including, but not limited to, air ticketing, airport coordination, airport accommodations, food, transportation, and passport handling in Saudi Arabia.

- We have booked Saudi Airlines for your journey and every applicant will receive their individual ticket via email. Therefore, it is crucial that you thoroughly check your individual ticket upon receipt.
- Pilgrims’ passports will be submitted to Hajj passport control office by government agents upon arrival, after which you will be transported to your host passport office.
- Exclusive Smart VIP air-conditioned buses for city transfers and sightseeing are managed and arranged by the Ministry of Hajj.
- A group leader will guide all obligatory Umrah and Hajj actions to ensure that none are missed.
- Arriving at Makkah Hotel on the 4th of Dhul Hijjah after traveling from Jeddah. You will be busing to Makkah Hotel for registration. Please be prepared for potentially long wait times, as hotel registration and room distribution can take some time. Use this time to engage in Talbiyah, remembrance of Allah, and reader your Quran.
- After checking into your room, feel free to take shower and relax.
- Arrival Umrah (Umrah Al-qudoom): The group leader will coordinate with the group and determine the schedule for your Arrival Umrah.
- Once you have completed your Umrah, take some time to relax in Makkah, you are free to plan your schedule and prepare for your Hajj.
- On the 8th of Dhul Hijjah, your group will travel to Mina for Tawiyah day and start of Hajj.
- From the 8th to the 13th of Dhul Hijjah are the days of Hajj. however, you are keeping your room until your departure date from Makkah.
- Enjoy a five-night stay in a North American camp in Mina, featuring upgraded and air-conditioned tents. The Mina Camp, Almiaasem, is approximately 40 minutes walking distance from Jamarat.
- Sofa beds will be provided in the air-conditioned tent from Mena to Arafat, facilitated by a Saudi company service provider.
- Breakfast and dinner will be served through an open buffet in hotels in Makkah and Madinah. In Mina or Arafa, services may be provided either through an open buffet or in a box.
- Meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner in Mina and Arafat, will be catered by a top-ranking Ministry-approved catering firm.

- It is mandatory to perform your Farewell Tawaf before departing from Makkah.
- Departure to Madinah on the 14th of Dhul Hijjah involves a bus journey, which may take approximately 7-10 hours during the Hajj season.
- Upon arrival at Shahad Al Madinah Hotel, you will need to register, obtain your room, and be prepared for potential long wait times during hotel registration and room distribution. Use this time for Salawat, remembrance of Allah, and reading the Quran.
- Plan with your group for the visit to Al Masjed AlNabawi, or if you are familiar with the site, feel free to visit the mosque at any time.
- A sightseeing tour in Madinah will be conducted using private Smart VIP air-conditioned buses, organized by a Saudi service provider.
- The possibility of organizing a group visit to the Noble Rawdah will be considered by the Saudi service provider.
- On the 18th of Dhul Hijjah (June 24th, 2024), departure to Canada from Madinah Airport will take place via Saudi Airlines, with a transit in Jeddah before reaching Toronto.
- Both Canadian and Saudi taxes are included in the package.
- Room occupancy will be arranged based on availability.
- The package fee is calculated considering departures from Toronto. Travelers from other locations must make their own arrangements for transportation to Toronto.
- Important notes:
- The Hajj Ticket covers travel from Canada to Saudi Arabia and back to Canada. No stopovers or individual flight modifications are allowed.
- Sacrifice (Qurbani) is not included in your package. Labaykhajj can provide this service as an additional service, performed before 9 am on Eid day, 10 Dhu al-Hijjah. A certificate will be provided on time.

- Applicants must be a Canadian citizen or holding a Canadian permanent residence card. (If applicant holds multiple nationalities, he/she must apply with Canadian passport).
- Mahram is required for any applicant male or female less than 18 years old, and must be a male relative at least 18 years of age, applying his visa application at same time with applicant and entering Saudi Arabia at same flight. Your Mahram can be only one of the following: {Father, Brother, Uncle (Father’s Brother or Mother’s Brother), Grandfather, Nephew (son of your brother or your sister), Stepfather, Stepson, Son-in-law and Father-in-law).
- An original applicant’s machine-readable passport in good condition (no damages). With following terms:
- ✔ The passport must include first/given names and last/Surname.
- ✔ Include the city and country of birth.
- ✔ It must also be valid for more than six months from the application date.(to be safe make sure your passport is valid more than 8 moths when you return back to Canada).
- ✔ Contains at least two side by side blank pages for the hajj visa stamp plus additional four blank pages for other stamps.
- ✔ Non Canadian passport is acceptable for Hajj application if the applicant has a valid Canadian Permanent Residency Card.
- Applicants who have reverted/converted to Islam please have a statement from any Islamic Center showing their conversion to Islam while you travel.
- Be ready to show your proof of relationship to the Mahram while you are traveling just in case.
