بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, his family, and his companions.
To Our Honorable Brothers and Sisters,
وَأَذِّن فِي النَّاسِ بِالْحَجِّ يَأْتُوكَ رِجَالًا وَعَلَىٰ كُلِّ ضَامِرٍ يَأْتِينَ مِن كُلِّ فَجٍّ عَمِيقٍ
“And proclaim to the people the Hajj [pilgrimage]; they will come to you on foot and on every lean camel; they will come from every distant pass.”
(Surah Al-Hajj 22:27)
Key Changes to the Hajj System Since 2023
1. Early Registration on Nusuk Hajj Platform
Prospective pilgrims must create an account on the Nusuk Hajj platform approximately eight months before the Hajj season. All registration, application, and service selection steps must be completed through this platform.
2. Centralized Service Provision
All essential Hajj services—including accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, transportation between sites (Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah), international flights, and meals—are exclusively provided by Saudi companies officially authorized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. These are referred to as Hajj Service Providers.
3. Direct Payment Through Nusuk
All Hajj-related fees must be paid directly through the Nusuk Hajj platform, which is operated by the Ministry. This ensures a transparent and unified payment system with no intermediaries for service charges.
4. Redefined Role of Local Hajj Companies
Local Hajj agencies now function solely as marketing representatives and religious advisors. They do not organize or provide logistical services and carry no liability for service quality or delivery.
Prophetic Encouragement to Hasten for Hajj
عنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رضي الله عنه قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ:
“مَنْ أَرَادَ الْحَجَّ فَلْيَتَعَجَّلْ، فإنَّهُ قد يمرضُ المريضُ وتضلُّ الضالَّةُ وتعرِضُ الحاجَةُ”
“Whoever intends to perform Hajj, let him hasten to do so, for he may fall sick, lose his mount, or face unexpected obstacles.”

Reminder of the Virtue of Hajj and ‘Umrah
قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رضي الله عنه:
“تَابِعُوا بَيْنَ الْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ، فَإِنَّهُمَا يَنْفِيَانِ الْفَقْرَ وَالذُّنُوبَ كَمَا يَنْفِي الْكِيرُ خَبَثَ الْحَدِيدِ”
“Perform Hajj and ‘Umrah consecutively; for they remove poverty and sin just as the bellows removes impurity from iron.”
(Sunan al-Tirmidhi)
حَجٌّ مَبْرُورٌ وَذَنْبٌ مَغْفُورٌ وَسَعْيٌ مَشْكُورٌ وَتِجَارَةٌ لَنْ تَبُورَ
