The Process of Applying for Hajj 2026:
Phase 1: Register

Once your application is submitted on Nusuk, it will undergo a verification process. If you are a Canadian passport holder, this verification will typically be quicker compared to those with Canadian permanent residency and a non-Canadian passport. After verification of your file, then you are in for the next step.
Phase 2: Hajj Packages Display
The Ministry of Hajj, through the Nusuk platform, will display Hajj packages along with their real costs and details. This phase may last for about 30 days, giving you ample time to review the options and select one of them.
Phase 3: Top-Up Your Nusuk Account
Once your profile is verified, an e-wallet with an “IBAN account” will be created in your Nusuk file. You can use a credit card or a Saudi bank account to transfer funds into your Nusuk account (top-up). This phase remains open from the verification date of your profile until the beginning of package sales.
Phase 4: Package Sale
The sale of Hajj packages will commence on the Nusuk platform, typically lasting for 7 days, and will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. The official sale announcement will be made by Nusuk.
Phase 5: Purchasing Your Hajj 2026 Package
Once you successfully purchase a Hajj package, internal processes such as issuing the Hajj visa and air ticket will begin.
Phase 6: Group Assignment and Communication
Once your package is confirmed, Nusuk will assign a Hajj group leader (Imam) to your group. You will then be able to communicate with your official partner in Canada (e.g., Labayk Hajj) for further Hajj preparations and inquiries.
Phase 7: Coordination with Labayk Hajj
Option A: If Labayk Hajj handles your package purchase, their team will guide you through the preparations until you return to Canada.
Option B: If you purchase your Ithraa Alkhair’s Hajj package independently through Nusuk, you must inform Labayk Hajj so they can add you to their list and manage your further Hajj preparations (e.g., visa, ticket, and any special requests).
Phase 8: Preparing for the Journey
Labayk Hajj will ensure that all your necessary documentation and preparations are in place, including:
- Hajj Visa
- Air Ticket
- Required Vaccinations
- Assigned Group Leader: You will have direct communication with your group leader.
- WhatsApp Group: You will be added to a group for fast communication before and during Hajj.
- Logistics: Information about meeting points, Hajj rituals, airport departure, and other essential activities.
- Once everything is prepared, you’ll be set to start your Hajj journey with all the support and guidance from Labayk Hajj.
