- Roundtrip airfare: Departure from Canada: Airport from Toronto, Montreal or Vancouver.
- Arriving in Madinah Airport
- We reserved several airlines for our groups, including Air Canada, Saudi Airlines, and Turkish airlines, etc. (Every applicant will receive his/her individual ticket by email).
- Departure and return dates may vary from group to group, depending on the city of departure and airlines’ availability in their city. Therefore, it is extremely important that you check your individual ticket when you receive it.
- Additional airline charges will apply for applicants who choose to travel by air to connect to the city of departure in Canada (exact flight itinerary will be provided).
- Exclusive Smart VIP air-conditioned buses for transfers between cities and sightseeing are managed and arranged by Ministry of Hajj.
- All obligatory Umrah and Hajj actions will be guided with a group leader, in order to ensure that you do not miss any action.
- Fourth of Dhul Hijjah: landing in Jeddah Airport, then busing to Makkah Hotel for registration (hotel registration and room distributions can take sometime you must be ready for long wait times).
- Arriving to Makkah Hotel: register, get your room, then arrange with your group when the group will be performing Arrival Umrah.
- After you’re done your Umrah, you must relax in Makkah and get ready for your Hajj.
- 8th of Dhul Hijjah your group will be travel to Mina for Tawiyah day and start of Hajj.
- 8th to 13thDhul Hijjah Days of hajj.
- 5 Nights in camp in Mina, upgraded and air-conditioned tent.
- Mina camp: VIP camp, Majr Al-kabsh (distance to Jamarat about 10 minuets walking)
- Sofa beds will be provided. (Mena – Arafat) air- conditioned tent by Saudi company service provider.
- Breakfast and dinner served via open buffet in Makkah, Madinah hotels, in Mina or Arafa service maybe via open buffet or via box
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner in Mina and Arafat, catered by a top-ranking Ministry approved catering firm.
- Performance of Tawaaf Alifada and Tawaaf Al-Wadaa – organized by a group leader.
- 12th or 13th Dhul Hijjah: back to your Makkah Hotel.
- You must perform your Farwell Tawaf before your travel from Makkah.
- 14th of Dhul Hijjah: traveling to Madinah by bus. (Will take about 7-10 hours)
- Sightseeing tour in Madinah by private Smart VIP air-conditioned buses. (This service may not be allowed post Pandemic for hajj company to organise, however you may visit the sightseeing individually & independently).
- Noble Rawdah visit may be organized for the group by Saudi service provider.
- 17th Dhul Hijjah(June 24th,2024): Departure to Canada through Madinah Airport.

- Room occupancy distributions will be accommodated depending on availability.
- The package fee is calculated based on departures from Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. Travelers from other locations must arrange their own transportation to one of the above with the mentioned three cities.
- Important notes:
- Hajj Ticket is from Canada to Saudi and back to Canada. No stopover or individual flight modification is allowed.
- Sacrifice (Qurbani) are optional to purchase with your package as additional services, and done on time before 9 am on Eid day 10 Dhu al-hijjah.

- Applicants must be a Canadian citizen or holding a Canadian permanent residence card. (If applicant holds multiple nationalities, he/she must apply with Canadian passport).
- Mahram is required for any applicant male or female less than 18 years old, and must be a male relative at least 18 years of age, applying his visa application at same time with applicant and entering Saudi Arabia at same flight. Your Mahram can be only one of the following: {Father, Brother, Uncle (Father’s Brother or Mother’s Brother), Grandfather, Nephew (son of your brother or your sister), Stepfather, Stepson, Son-in-law and Father-in-law).
- An original applicant’s machine-readable passport in good condition (no damages). With following terms:
- ✔ The passport must include first/given names and last/Surname.
- ✔ Include the city and country of birth.
- ✔ It must also be valid for more than six months from the application date.(to be safe make sure your passport is valid more than 8 moths when you return back to Canada).
- ✔ Contains at least two side by side blank pages for the hajj visa stamp plus additional four blank pages for other stamps.
- ✔ Non Canadian passport is acceptable for Hajj application if the applicant has a valid Canadian Permanent Residency Card.
- Applicants who have reverted/converted to Islam please have a statement from any Islamic Center showing their conversion to Islam while you travel.
- Be ready to show your proof of relationship to the Mahram while you are traveling just in case.
